1. Guest group leaders must sign an agreement that Lake Lundgren Bible Camp's statement of faith is their own personal statement of faith, and that the spiritual emphasis of their meetings will be consistent with our statement of faith. Groups must also agree with our Camp Use Guidelines.
2. There must be a minimum of 30 paying guests to book a retreat. Smaller groups must either schedule when we have another group at camp or pay for 30 guests.
3. The amount of deposit is $12.00 per person, but not less than $100.00.
4. Overnight guest groups will set a minimum and maximum number of guests when booking a retreat. They must call camp at least 20 days prior to the retreat with an accurate count of persons attending. If attendance falls below 90% of the accurate count, the group will be responsible to pay 50% of the retreat cost per person, up to 90% of the accurate count.
5. Should a group cancel their agreement 60 days or more prior to the camping period, half of the deposit will be refunded. After that date it will be considered non-refundable and non-transferable. Winter day groups may reschedule with a minimum of 24 hours notice and still transfer deposit.
6. Your group is responsible for the medical insurance of its group members. We ask that you provide comprehensive general liability and secondary medical insurance to cover your group activities while at camp. Please provide a Certificate of liability Insurance, listing Lake Lundgren Bible Camp, N18250 Lake Lane, Pembine, WI. 54156 as Additional Insured.
